From tending the ground, sowing seed, and gathering the harvest to grinding grain, making bread, and sharing it—Scripture carries the story all the way to Jesus, the Bread of Life.
This is a walk through passages about grain and bread, gathered in the order of a field-to-loaf journey. Some describe farming or baking; others use those familiar practices in a parable, prophecy, law, or picture of God’s provision.
The quoted phrases follow the King James Version. “Corn” in the KJV often means grain. These passages come from different settings, so the sequence is a reading guide—not a claim that every passage gives a step-by-step baking instruction.
